MY STORY
“I have been practising herbal medicine for nearly forty years and have had the good fortune to have practised in Zimbabwe, New Zealand, Wales and England. I started studying Ayurveda twenty years ago and did an internship in India and Functional Medicine was added to my toolbox ten years ago. I have subsequently trained in micro immunotherapy and am now studying the microbiome in depth. These modalities are useful to enable me to create an individual treatment plan for you.
In Zimbabwe I had my own business growing herbs, making and selling herbal teas, tinctures and creams and created a course in herbal medicine. I also worked with Professor Gundidza at the University of Zimbabwe on the medicinal properties of indigenous herbs and their use in local clinics in order to provide treatment where orthodox drugs were no longer available.
Due to the political situation in Zimbabwe I moved to New Zealand and then to England where I have been a senior lecturer at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in both herbal medicine and Ayurveda and thoroughly enjoyed watching students transform into competent practitioners. “I have been seeing Sarah for some years now having suffered from chronic fatigue symptoms for 13 years. I am immensely impressed with her thorough, professional and holistic approach. I feel cared for and supported through a chronic condition and my symptoms have reduced considerably and some have vanished altogether, something I thought would never happen after 10 years of seeking help from numerous practitioners” – Nigel.

“I first consulted Sarah for Diverticular disease. She treated me with various Ayurvedically inspired herbal powders and tinctures to help the gut and bowel. This treatment was a fantastic success and the treatment has been absolutely brilliant. I am so happy, full of energy and bubbly, like I was at 25, and the herbal mix has shifted the stuck energy of undigested food. 20 years of diarrhoea has resolved and I am starting to slim down” - Tim
