Price List - 1st January 2026

Your appointment and what to expect -

• The first consultation will take an hour and a half when a full case history will be taken to ascertain your present concerns and what you would like to achieve. This will also include going through your past medical history and details of your present diet and lifestyle.
• After your first consultation you will receive written recommendations together with a protocol for you to follow.
• The price includes two e mails answered by Sarah. After that, there may be an additional charge of £5.00 per e mail.


• Herbal Formulas are prescribed as individually required. 

• Follow up consultations will take an hour and enables Sarah to understand improvements that have been made and what still needs to be done. Sarah will send short a e mail to cover this. The number of follow up consultations will depend on your progress.


• Laboratory Test suggestions made in a follow up one hour consultation which enables Sarah to evaluate and discuss your requirements. Sarah will send a follow up e mail with the laboratory test options, costs of the tests and options to book, plus any further recommendations.


• ​​Home Visits / Consultations within 15 mile radius of SP4 8 - Additional cost of £23.50 over and above stated prices. Visits over allocated time will be charged an additional £10 per 10 minutes.
