Sarah is a qualified Medical Herbalist, Ayurvedic practitioner and has trained in Functional Medicine and she uses a combination of these modalities to give you the best of the three forms of medical systems. When combined they are extremely powerful and help resolve many long-standing problems getting you back to the road to recovery.   All treatments are used within a framework of Ayurveda as Ayurveda is uniquely able to see you as an individual rather than just a person with a health problem.

These three modalities assist in analysing the cause of your health issues and assessing your constitutional balance, making the appropriate diagnosis and formulating a customised health plan utilising the most appropriate treatments for you.   Laboratory testing can also be arranged if relevant.
